主要学术成果
本人构建国内最大规模大豆巢氏关联作图群体,利用高通量测序、遗传学及分子生物学手段,系统性的对大豆重要农艺性状及产量相关性状进行遗传分析和基因功能研究,并结合大数据及人工智能技术,致力于构建大豆智慧育种模型并在育种中加以应用。在国际知名杂志Molecular Plant Microbe Interaction, Plant Biotechnology Journal, Journal of Integrative Agriculture,The Crop Journal,Genomics, Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy, Scientific Reports等上发表论文13篇,国内权威及核心期刊发表论文12篇,并担任Genome Biology、TAG等杂志审稿人。主持完成国家“十三五”重点研发计划2项,承担国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,国家科技攻关项目1项,其他省部级项目3项。
